Incredible Show

This intimate show is exactly how you want to experience Ray. Having seen him twice prior to this tour, at larger, outdoor venues, nothing can compare to seeing and hearing him like this. Associates at the Fox Theatre in Detroit we’re immediately on top of anyone who took out their phones to record/capture the event, making the entire show that much more enjoyable (no annoying bright phones in front of you distracting you from the talent). The only negative is pretty unavoidable: the crowds were quite rowdy -which I have seen at his previous shows- shouting consistently, getting up throughout the show, hollering at him to play “Trouble” (really people??) but the Fox did what they could (they would not permit people to return to their seats until the song had finished). Please see this tour while you can, Ray sounds incredible in these smaller venues, on par or if not better than his recordings. You will not regret it!
